Sandra Bosela: Partner, Edgestone Capital Partners

Ms. Bosela is a Partner with EdgeStone Capital Partners, a private equity firm with in excess of $2.5 billion of funds committed to date from institutional and high net worth clients.   EdgeStone provides capital, strategic direction and business and financial advice to help promising mid-market and early-stage companies achieve their full potential. EdgeStone manages three types of private capital funds – Later Stage Equity, Venture Capital and Energy Capital, and Ms. Bosela focuses in EdgeStone's Later Stage Equity Fund.  Prior to joining EdgeStone in early 1999, Ms. Bosela worked at First Marathon Securities Limited in its investment banking group specializing in mergers and acquisitions where she was involved in a variety of buy and sell side assignments, fairness opinions and financial advisory assignments.
