Jeff Fronterhouse: Co-Founder, Brazos Private Equity Group
Mr. Fronterhouse co-founded Brazos in 1999. He is actively involved with and serves as a director of several Brazos portfolio companies. Prior to co-founding Brazos, Mr. Fronterhouse was a Principal of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, a private equity firm, and before that specialized in mergers and acquisitions for The First Boston. During his career in private equity, Mr. Fronterhouse has been instrumental in executing more than 50 private equity transactions. His activities have extended to the consumer, healthcare, manufacturing, media, and services sectors in the United States and Latin America. Mr. Fronterhouse serves on the board of directors of National Surgical Care, Inc., Walls Industries, Inc., Collins Financial Services, Inc., Fuel Systems, Inc., Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Sadler’s Smokehouse, Inc., Golden County Foods, Inc., and Impact Confections, Inc. Mr. Fronterhouse also serves on the board of The Baylor Healthcare System Foundation and is a member of the Dallas Citizens Council and the Young Presidents' Organization. Mr. Fronterhouse received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Harvard Business School.
