Keith J. Behrens: Managing Director and Co-Founder, Energy Capital Solutions
Mr. Behrens is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of ECS. Mr. Behrens has over 16 years of investment banking experience with major investment banking firms including Bear Stearns and Wasserstein Perella. He has focused most of his career in covering primarily exploration and production companies as well as other energy-related companies. Mr. Behrens has worked extensively on a wide variety of transactions and over the past six years has worked on nine M&A transactions totaling $1.6 billion in value, 33 private equity transactions for public and private companies totaling $657 million in equity raised and 14 senior and mezzanine debt transactions totaling $823 million in debt committed. Mr. Behrens received his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
