Kevin O'Brien: Manging Director - CCMP Advisors
Kevin O'Brien is a Managing Director of CCMP Capital. Mr. O'Brien focuses on making investments in the healthcare sector and has been responsible for CCMP's investments in CareMore Medical Enterprises, Legacy Hospital Partners, National Waterworks and Pinnacle Foods Group. In addition, Mr. O’Brien oversees the execution of debt capital markets transactions undertaken by the firm. Prior to joining CCMP in 2000, Mr. O'Brien worked in the High Yield Capital Markets and High Yield Corporate Finance Groups at Chase Securities and Chemical Securities. Previously, he was a member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Bankers Trust. Prior to that, he was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy. Mr. O'Brien holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Brien currently serves on the board of directors of CareMore Medical Enterprises, KRATON Polymers, Legacy Hospital Partners and National Surgical Care.
