Nate Sleeper
Mr. Sleeper has been with CD&R for seven years and has been integral to a number of the Firm's transactions, including the investment in U.S. Foodservice; the investment in, and subsequent IPO of, Hertz; the investment in, and subsequent recapitalization of, Culligan; the investment in Brakes; the sale of Jafra to Vorwerk & Co.; the merger of Riverwood International with Graphic Packaging Corp.; and the sale of Alliant to Royal Ahold N.V. Mr. Sleeper is a director of Culligan, Hertz and U.S. Foodservice. Previously, Mr. Sleeper worked in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at investment firm Tiger Management. He earned a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
