Béla Szigethy | Co-CEO | New York
Together with Stewart A. Kohl, Béla manages all aspects of Riverside's activities and co-chairs the Riverside Investment Committee. He has 26 years of corporate finance experience, including 18 years as a leveraged buyout investor with Riverside. Prior to founding The Riverside Company in 1988, he was a VP in the leveraged acquisition department of Citibank, N.A., where he worked for seven years. Béla holds a BA from Oberlin College and a Masters of International Affairs in International Finance from Columbia University.
Stewart A. Kohl | Co-CEO | Cleveland
Together with Béla Szigethy, Stewart manages all aspects of Riverside's activities and co-chairs the Riverside Investment Committee. He has 20 years of leveraged buyout investing experience, including 13 years with Riverside. Prior to joining Riverside in 1993, he was a VP of Citicorp Venture Capital, where he worked for five years. Before that, he was COO of the National Cooperative Business Association in Washington, D.C. Stewart holds a BA from Oberlin College.
