Steven B. Gruber, Managing Partner, Oak Hill Capital Partners
Steven B. Gruber is a Managing Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 1990. Mr. Gruber is a member of the Investment Committee and heads the firm’s Healthcare team and co-heads the Business and Financial Services industry group. He also serves on the boards of directors of American Skiing Company, Ariel Holdings Ltd. Re, Butler Animal Health Supply, LLC, ExlService Holdings, Inc., Physician Oncology Services, L.P. and Williams Scotsman International, Inc. Mr. Gruber previously was a Managing Director and Co-Head of High Yield Securities at Lehman Brothers and a Managing Director of its merchant banking group, and a member of Lehman Brothers’ Investment Committee. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, where he was a Merrill Fellow.
