William Hughes, Head of U.S. Loan Syndicate, Lehman Brothers
William J. Hughes is a managing director and head of the U.S. Loan Capital Markets Group. Mr. Hughes and his team are responsible for structuring and syndicating loans across the Firm’s corporate and sponsor client bases.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2003, Mr. Hughes spent 18 years at Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust. He has extensive experience in financing the Media and Communications, Energy, Real Estate, Gaming and Technology sectors.
Mr. Hughes is a member of the Firm’s High Yield New Business Committee.
Mr. Hughes received his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and his M.B.A. from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.
