Brian Gallagher, Founder and Managing Partner, Twin Bridge Capital Partners

Brian Gallagher co-founded Twin Bridge Capital Partners in 2005. He shares responsibility for all aspects of the firm's investment activities. Mr. Gallagher has over sixteen years of overall work experience and more than ten years of experience in the middle-market buyout industry. During his career, Mr. Gallagher has invested in numerous private equity funds and over $250 million in direct private equity transactions.

Before co-founding Twin Bridge Capital Partners, Mr. Gallagher was a Principal with UIB Capital, Inc., where he was responsible for leading private equity operations in the United States. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Gallagher was a Partner at PPM America Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing private equity co-investments and fund commitments as a part of a $2.2 billion private equity program. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Gallagher worked for Arthur Andersen LLP. Most recently, he served in the Corporate Finance Group, focusing on accounting acquisition due diligence for private equity sponsors.

Mr. Gallagher currently serves on the board of HFS Chicago Scholars, and is a past board member of Magnequench, Inc., Nth Degree Global, LLC and WNC First Insurance, Inc. He also held board observer rights for numerous investments while at PPMACP. Mr. Gallagher earned his MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Gallagher is a member of the CFA Institute and AICPA.
