Brian Gallagher, Founder and Managing Partner, Twin Bridge Capital Partners
Mr. Gallagher co-founded Twin Bridge Capital Partners in 2005. He shares responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Mr. Gallagher has 19 years of overall work experience and more than 12 years of experience in the middle-market buyout industry. During his career, Mr. Gallagher has invested in dozens of middle-market private equity funds and nearly $400 million in equity co-investments.
Before co-founding Twin Bridge Capital Partners, Mr. Gallagher was a Partner at PPM America Capital Partners, where he was responsible for fund commitments and co-investments as a part of a $2.5 billion private equity program. He also previously worked at UIB Capital, where he was responsible for leading private equity operations in the United States. Mr. Gallagher started his career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he worked in the Corporate Finance Group, focusing on acquisition due diligence for private equity sponsors.
Mr. Gallagher is a board member of Renew Life and a past board member of Magnequench, Nth Degree Global and WNC First Insurance. He also held board observer rights for numerous investments while at PPM. Mr. Gallagher earned his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Gallagher is a member of the CFA Institute, the AICPA and the Association for Corporate Growth.
