Shoshana is a Principal at Sterling Partners and her investment interests and experience include working with small and middle market companies across a variety of industry sectors. Shoshana sits on the board of Sterling portfolio companies including Atlantic Industrial, MetroGroup and Smarterville, Inc.
Background
Before joining Sterling Partners in 2003, Shoshana worked with Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst. She has also served as a Strategist for Razorfish (now Avenue A / Razorfish). Shoshana joined Razorfish directly from Wall Street, and was part of developing the firm’s strategy group and assisting with corporate planning initiatives. After Razorfish, Shoshana went on to become an Associate for One Equity Partners, a global private equity firm. With more than 10 years of professional experience, Shoshana’s core expertise includes operating growth strategies and M&A.

Shoshana and her husband love learning about and experiencing new things like restaurants, travel and golf courses. They are very committed to family and friends. Shoshana is on the board of City Year Chicago.
