Thomas Danis, Managing Principal RCP Advisors
Mr. Danis is a Managing Principal and co-founder of RCP Advisors with over 12 years of private equity investment experience. He is responsible for leading the manager research / investment sourcing function of RCP and is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Danis serves on the advisory boards of a number of RCP’s underlying investment fund partnerships, frequently speaks on private equity issues at industry conferences, and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Prior to RCP, Mr. Danis was a Director of Aon’s Financial Sponsors Practice. He was responsible for advising companies on the financial, legal and risk management issues surrounding due diligence, structuring and valuing of target acquisitions with particular emphasis on the liability perspective.
Mr. Danis received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado
