The WestLB Mellon Private Equity Group offers a broad range of private equity products, services and solutions to institutional investors, family offices and high net worth individuals globally. These include a variety of funds of funds, separately managed
accounts, and discretionary as well as non-discretionary advisory services. The Group invests in buyouts, venture capital, special situations (turnaround/mezzanine/secondaries) and co-investments with an emphasis on small and middle market funds. The private equity group is part of WestLB Mellon Asset Management which has two shareholders, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation and WestLB AG.
