Her first life was as a lawyer in Washington, DC where she created and built a dynamic, specialized boutique law firm capitalizing on her entrepreneurial skills. After serving as its principal visionary for a dozen years, she retired in her mid thirties. Following several years off, her move to Pinnacle Group was a natural fit with her ability to visualize the growth and objectives of clients and really get her hands around the unique facets of each client’s goals in building their team to create a greater vision.
Denise knows that fit is critical to the success of any team and having grown a unique dynamic professional services organization herself, she knows that like the seasoning of a gourmet meal or the aging of a fine wine, subtle differences separate good from great.
