Jon Madorsky: Principal, RCP Advisors
Jon is responsible for the identification and analysis of potential investments, as well as monitoring of the firm’s current portfolio. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and sits on the advisory boards of funds managed by Centre Partners and Kinderhook Industries. Prior to joining RCP, Jon worked for two middle market buyout funds where he was involved in all aspects of principal investing including investment due diligence and fundraising. Jon also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Strategic Business Unit where he advised numerous Fortune 100 companies. Jon is a Co-Chairman of Chicago Area Private Equity Executives (CAPEX) and sits on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. He received a BA in History from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
