Lindsey Alley: Managing Director, Houlihan Lockey
Mr. Alley is a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Alley specializes in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, including both sellside and buyside transactions, and has significant experience raising growth or acquisition capital for middle-market companies. Mr. Alley is a leader in Houlihan Lokey’s national M&A practice, where he is a member of the firm’s M&A committee and sits on the Board of Directors of Houlihan Lokey Howard Zukin Capital. Mr. Alley has advised a diverse group of clients including Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, LaBrea Bakery, Lexicon Marketing Corporation, Riser Foods, Cole National, Jones Stephens, 99 Cents Only Stores and Stefano Foods. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Alley was employed by Chemical Securities in New York, where he focused on financing leveraged acquisitions in the Structured Finance Group and private equity placements through Chemical Venture Partners-Northeast. Mr. Alley began his career in the Fixed Income Research division of J.P. Morgan Securities.
Mr. Alley received his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with highest distinction. He also holds a B.S. in systems engineering from the University of Virginia. Mr. Alley is licensed with the NASD as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, 24).
